3Shape Help Center is a self-service portal for TRIOS users to enhance a better support experience. New capabilities:
  • Register your product
  • Open a new case
  • Review existing cases
Access to the new 3Shape’s Help Center portal is being provided exclusively to TRIOS users during the onboarding process to Customer First program.
Customer First is a joint support program from reseller and 3Shape, which allows more comprehensive coverage of the 3Shape software/hardware solution. You will receive phone support & renewal assistance directly from 3Shape, and field service from reseller.

To log in to the Help Center:
  1. Firstly, need to be onboarded successfully to the Customer First Program
  2. Go on https://help.3shape.com/ to sign in
  3. Use your Communicate account email and password registered with 3Shape during the onboarding process to Customer First
If you have forgotten your password, go on https://identity.3shape.com/Account/Login, select “Forgot your password”, type in your email e-mail and hit “Submit”. An email is sent you with a link valid for 48 hours to reset your password.
First, you need to ensure that you are using the right Communicate credentials registered with 3Shape during the onboarding process to Customer First program. If the issue persists, please call our support team at EMEA (global) +45 70 27 26 20 , AMERICAS +1 908 867 0144, APAC +86 21 5835 22 81.
3Shape Identity is your personal 3Shape ID account. For existing TRIOS users, the 3Shape Communicate account registered with 3Shape during the onboarding process to Customer First program is equivalent to a 3Shape ID account.
3Shape ID allows you to log in with the same credentials to all 3Shape services such as 3Shape Communicate, 3Shape Community, 3Shape eCommerce Portal.
